Initial navigation

The following functionalities are set up on the POS start menu:

Field 1 – the system shows the data you are entering. In this example it is required to enter a sales item.

Field 2 – in this field are being shown notifications or errors. When you marked an item or enter a customer, in this field you see descriptions or names.

Field 3 –system notifications are being shown

Menu with lines (number 4) – this is a journal type window (with columns and rows). In these fields are shown the entered items, promotion lines and discounts.

Menu with buttons (number 5) – In this menu you can manage different POS functions and operations. For the various transactions in this menu there are different functional buttons.

Menu 6 – in this area is shown information about the particular sale:

- Total – total sale amount (including VAT and discounts, e.g. due amount)

- Discount – indicates the discount amount

- Payment - indicates the amount of money that are paid.

- Balance – total – payment amounts

Menu 7 – numeric virtual keyboard. You can enter data in numbers.

Menu 8 – this is a status menu showing information about the cashier that has opened the POS, the current operation number, user authorization, training mode, etc.
