Cancel a line in an unfinished sale can be done only by the Manager. To cancel a line the Manager has to enter his Staff ID and password as follows:

Press the button Manager Login, then enter the Manager Staff ID and password:

After entering ID and password in the right side in the status panel you can see that a Manager has logged in the POS application. The Void line button is active now.

Point at the line with the wrong article and choose Void line button.

The system makes cancelled the line and remove the price from the total amount:

1.1. 10 % Discounts:

A manager can add an additional 10% sale discount.

In the POS sales menu the manager has to press Manager Login:

After entering the ID and password it is indicated in the system that a Manager has logged in the POS application. The button for a default 10% discount is now active.

The system enter 10% discount for the entire sale.
