Regulations

On 31st of the January is declared The First International competition of children’s painting in Kyzyl(Russia, Republic of Tuva)

“I live the life of those who I draw…”

The competition is a part of the program of commemorative events that dedicated to the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding young artist Nadia Rusheva.

Goals and objectives

of the Competition:

ü Familiarizing children to the oeuvre

of young artist N. Rusheva;

ü To identify and to support talented children, who gifted in the arts;

ü Development of creative abilities of children and teenagers;

ü Promotion of the creativity of N. Rusheva in Russia and abroad;

ü To strength international, cultural ties;

ü To get acquainted with the life and culture of the different nations of the world.

1. Terms of the competition

1.1. The Competition is open for children and teenagers aged 5 to 18 years, who live in Russia and abroad.

The competition is held in 4 age groups on the following topics:

1st group: from 5 to 8 years - "fairytale images";

2nd group: from 9 to 12 years - "Ballet";

3d group: from 13 to 15 years - "Pushkiniana";

4th group: from 16 to 18 years –The journey that based on the novel of Bulgakov's "Master and Margarita".

1.2. Paintings (or painting),that sent by participants to the Competition must comply with the category and age group

1.3. One participant can receive from 1 to 3 paintings to take part in the competition

1.4. Paintings (or painting), that sent by participant to the Competition, can be created in any technique on sheets of A3, decorated in white mat width of 6-7 cm.

1.5. On the back of each painting every participant should indicate his name, age, title of his painting, performance technique, year of execution.

1.6. Not signed drawings are not admitted.

1.7. Paintings which submitted to the Competition will not be returned to participants.

1.8. Paintings of participants, without reservations and any restrictions are transferred to the Organizing Committee of the Competition. Remuneration will not be paid to participants.

1.9. Participation in the Competition of minors is carried out through their legal representatives, in accordance with the current legislation

1.10.Providing to the Competition means that the participant and his official representative fully agree with the terms of the Competition

1.11.The Competition is open for children with disabilities. Their works(paintings) will be evaluated in a separate category "Ray of Hope" for the above age group and category

1.12.Paintings are accepted from January 31, 2012 to December 1, 2012 (postmarked).

1.13.Paintings to the competition should be sent to the following address: 667000, Republic of Tuva, Kyzyl, Kochetova st, 51 (Children's School of Arts N. Rusheva).

1.14.Admission fee - 800 rubles (not depend on quantity how many paintings participant sent to the competition).

1.15.Payment is made by transferring funds to the institution (a sample of the payment document is attached)

Children with disabilities can participate in the competition for free.

1.16. In case of providing incomplete data, violation of the terms of delivery of painting or late payment, the organizing committee may refuse to enforce the competition.

2. Evaluation of paintings and results of the competition, awarding the winners

Assessing the entries included:

ü relevance to the theme, the depth of content and disclosure of positive mood;

ü the originality of the subject and the author's position;

ü imagination and creativity of the author;

ü compliance of genre

consistency of style;

ü artistic quality of the work;

ü the depth of the emotional and aesthetic influence of painting.
