When I was in 7th form, I began think about my future profession. Now I'm a second-year student of Ulyanovsk Higher Aviation School. I want to become an ATC. I'd like to tell you about my future profession.

I suppose that this profession is one of the most interesting and well-paid in the world. And to crown it all (в добавок ко всему) it is very responsible, difficult and demanded. If you ask me why I want to become an ATC, first of all I must say that my grandfather and father are ATC and they are my ideal. When I was a child I always wanted to be like them. That's why I decided to choose this profession. Just imagine hundreds of people's lives in your hands, it's exciting. But to become a good ATC, a person must know English very well. This is my goal now. Also a person must be in perfect health. That's why I haven’t bad habits, and in free time I go in for sports. But of course these things are not enough to become an ATC. But they are very important. I'm proud of my future profession. I'm not disappointed in decision to study here. In the future I hope to become a very good ATC.

Моя будущая профессия

Когда я учился в 7 классе, я начал думать о своей будущей профессии. Сейчас я студент второго курса УВАУГА. Я хочу стать диспетчером. Я хотел бы рассказать вам о моей будущей профессии.

Я полагаю, что эта профессия является одной из наиболее интересных и хорошо оплачиваемых в мире. И в довершение ко всему (в добавок ко всему), она очень ответственная, сложная и востребованная. Если вы спросите меня, почему я хочу стать диспетчером, прежде всего я должен сказать, что мой дед и отец диспетчера, и они мой идеал. Когда я был ребенком, я всегда хотел быть похожим на них. Вот почему я решил выбрать эту профессию. Только представьте себе сотни человеческих жизней в ваших руках, это захватывающе. Но чтобы стать хорошим диспетчером, человек должен знать английский язык очень хорошо. Это моя цель сейчас. Кроме того, человек должен иметь хорошее здоровье. Вот почему я не имею вредных привычек, а в свободное время я занимаюсь спортом. Но, конечно, этих вещей не достаточно, чтобы стать диспетчером. Но они очень важны. Я горжусь моей будущей профессии. Я не разочарован в решении учиться здесь. В будущем я надеюсь стать очень хорошим диспетчером.

Museum

For those people who prefer food for thought there are very many museums. There are different kinds of museums. The most famous of them in Russia are the Museum of Fine Arts named after Pushkin and the Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow, the Hermitage in St. Petersburg, and others. But I would like to tell to you about a museum which I have visited.

I’m a future ATC and I must be interested in Aviation and its history. So the best place to find out about the history of Civil Aviation is Ulyanovsk museum of Civil Aviation History. When I enter in this university, I went to in Ulyanovsk museum of Civil Aviation History. It’s located not far from the Central Airport. There are more than 30 aircrafts in the museum.

In this museum there are legendary aircrafts such as Tu-104, Tu-144, АНТ-4. I was very surprised to see the famous Ty-134, which took part in a soviet film “The Unbelievable Adventures of Italians in Russia”. As for me, I was really impressed by the great dimensions of this museum. It’s really unforgettable experience to look at all this sky machines. And I hope that I’ll be a part of it.

Для тех людей, которые предпочитают пищу для размышлений очень много музеев. Существуют различные виды музеев. Самые известные из них в России Музей изобразительных искусств имени Пушкина и Третьяковская галерея в Москве, Эрмитаж в Санкт-Петербурге и другие. Но я хотел бы рассказать вам о музее, который я посетил.

Я будущий диспетчер и я должен быть заинтересован в авиации и ее истории. Таким образом, лучшее место, чтобы узнать об истории гражданской авиации является Ульяновский музей истории гражданской авиации. Когда я поступил в этот университет, я пошел в Ульяновский музей истории гражданской авиации. Он расположен недалеко от центрального аэропорта. В этом музее более 30 самолётов.

Family event

I am sure that each of us likes to celebrate the holidays with his family. And of course one of these holidays is the New Year. Many people call the New Year is family’s holiday. I’d like to tell you about a family event I’m looking forward to. It’s the New Year.

It’s my favorite holiday. Traditionally I begin celebrate it with my family. Usually my Mum cooks a lot of delicious dishes my Daddy helps her. Then we lay the table, and we seat at the table. We eat, talk, watch TV and wait the President’s New Year Speech. Then my parents and me congratulate our relatives. Then we go out of door to start fireworks. We go on a city central square where we look celebratory salute. After that we go at celebrating in some various places. For example we can go to my grandmother or my parent’s friends.

But for several years, I celebrated the New Year without my parents. That’s why last New Year I begin celebrates with my parents, sister and girlfriend. We all watched the President’s New Year Speech and at 01:00 a.m. my girlfriend and me leave home to celebrate New year with my friends. New Year is my favorite holiday and I like it.
