All infrastructures are enough to support Phases 1 and 2, except electricity supply. GCP will build additional electricity substations and power lines by investing AZN1.05mn to overcome this problem

GCP invested AZN29.2mn in total in infrastructure projects

Electricity

■ GCP gets electricity supply from a substation located in Agstafa, a neighboring region. The Plant invested AZN2.2m in building electricity line in 26km distance with 119 concrete posts

■ Plant also invested AZN1.9m in electricity substation in the plant with capacity of 110/10KVt

Gas

■ Automatic Gas Distributing Station (AGDS) was constructed in close distance to the Plant which is connected with gas line (4.7km) to the Gas Distributing Station. It cost AZN2.0mn

■ The station can supply 70,000m3/hour with 6.0 ATM pressure. This is enough to supply Phase 1 and Phase 2 with necessary gas requirements

– Gas supply available: 520.8mn m3/year

– Gas required in GCP: 262.5mn m3/year

■ Phase 1: 87.5mn m3/year

■ Phase 2: 175.0mn m3/year

■ AGDS is transferred to Azerigas PU, state gas network in Azerbaijan, which is part of State Oil Company

Water

■ To ensure water supply, GCP invested AZN1.5m in external water line. It delivers water from Goghazchay Water Reserve locating at 15km distance

Roads

■ GCP invested AZN3.7mn in constructing a road connecting plant with Baku-Tbilisi highway. Road’s length is 7.8km and it connects plant with nearby quarries (2.6km) and plant with the highway (5.2km). Road’s thickness is 45sm

■ GCP constructed roads to connect with quarries located in far distance, as well. With AZN5.6mn investment the Company constructed 18km road
