Accommodation:

We are going to stay in a center that is surrounded by beautiful Estonian nature. It is situated in the Southern part of Estonia 250 km from Tallinn, the capital, and 65 km from Tartu, the second biggest city of Estonia that we will visit during one day of the programme.

The beds in the rooms have bed linen, so you do not need to bring any sleeping bags with you. We may also be able to use sauna there, so you would have a chance to get to know about Estonian traditions:)

Food/drinks:

We will eat on the place. We will be able to provide you with vegetarian food (with or without meat), but if you have some special complicated diet, please, take the necessary ingredients with you.

As for the drinks, note that no alcoholic drinks can be allowed on place, as it is an educational project, supported by the European Commission.

In the beginning of the week we will have a common Intercultural Dinner. Each country should bring something typical for them like cheese, ham, sweets, drinks etc. The more food we bring, the more colorful our intercultural diner will be.

Transportation:

Please, inform us as soon as possible how the representatives of your organizations are going to get to the place, and what time and where you will arrive. DO NOT BUY THE TICKETS OUT BEFORE RECEIVING THE CONFIRMATION FROM US THAT THE DATES AND THE PRICE ARE OK.

It is important to keep the arrival and departure dates. If there is no possibility to find connection, as planned, please contact us and we will try to find some solution.

Please, arrange your coming to Tallinn, and we will inform you afterwords about the logistics on place and how to get to the accommodation place.

When you get to the Tallinn airport, the buss will be waiting for you. Buss tickets will cost about 10-15 euro one way, so keep in mind when planning your route.

Very important is that you KEEP ALL THE BILLS, TICKETS AND BOARDING PASSES from your travel, so that we were able to reimburse you the costs.

Original tickets and the boardings passes back from the whole group must be collected at your return home, and send back to us by post to the address: Vikerlase 13-64 Postcode: 13616. Tallinn, Estonia

Money:

We will reimburse to you 100% of all your actual travel costs for the way go and back, but only within the max of the sum indicated below. If your travel costs are higher, the difference between the lumb sum indicated and your actual travel, you should cover on your own.

It is very important that you keep ALL your travel documents, including the boarding passes, if traveling by plane. You must give us all your tickets, including also your return tickets that must be already bought for the moment of the reimbursement (during the youth exchange itself), otherwise if we do not have a ticket, we cannot consider it for the reimbursement. It is very-very important.

Please, pay attention that there are the ceilings for the travel costs per every country that we cannot go above (if your ticket is more expensive, you need to cover the difference on your own).

You must use the cheapest travel option that is possible (buses, trains, low cost airlines, etc.)

Travel ceilings (per person):

Estonia – 20 €

CZ – 170 €

Poland – 170 €

France – 170 €

Italy – 270 €

We will only reimburse you the travel costs if you participate in the WHOLE youth exchange. Please, note that no any trip to Tallinn is planned during the exchange program (only one day in Tartu), so if you also wish to visit the capital of Estonia, please, plan your arrival a day or two earlier and/or departure later. In this case, you need to arrange the accommodation and food for the additional days outside of the official arrival and departure days on your own.

If you have any questions about the travel costs or financial matters, please contact us before you buy your tickets.

100% of costs of accommodation and basic food are covered by “Together Estonia”

Travel costs will be reimbursed according to the zone system on the condition that participants participate during the whole exchange and that you provide us with the bills, tickets and boarding passes for all transport taken.
