ACKNOWLEDGMENT

VALIDATION LETTER

Your team has successfully been validated by ShARE-Global and we are very happy to officially welcome you as ShARE members of the new ShARE-WSE

However you shall agree with all the principles stated below:

Principle 1

You shall adhere to ShARE’s vision, sharing knowledge for development and social progress.

Principle 2

The first reason why you want to be part of ShARE shall be: to extend my knowledge in economic-business-social issues in a multi-cultural environment.

Principle 3

Any topic related to politics, religion or culture shall not be subject of any ShARE activities.

Principle 4

You shall participate to the global efforts of improving ShARE. ShARE does not welcome ‘takers’ or ‘free riders’; in other words those who want to be part of ShARE only to enjoy international trips and other advantages, or who are in ShARE only for the CV added value.

Principle 5

You should reply to all communication addressed personally to you within 72 hours. In case you are on a leave or cannot access your email for any reason, you must inform your manager in advance.

Principle 6

English is the working language that should be used in all documents written for ShARE.

Principle 7

Your profile in the Members Access of the global website should be always updated and complete.

Principle 8

All activities organised by your team shall be knowledge oriented and follow as close as possible ShARE’s learning process.

Principle 9

The structure of your team, learning and management processes (recruitment, hand-over, training, projects) should follow ShARE-Global recommendations.

Principle 10

Your team shall be self-financed, although ShARE-Global could support you at the beginning of your development.

Principle 11

Any partnership or collaboration with entities other than ShARE (even locally) shall be discussed at the global level.

2. Please let us know which 3 networks you have formed.
3. Once we receive this document, we will start the training, account creation and introduce you to other ShARE teams.
4. The President of ShARE-WSE will report to Hugo, Co-P Campus.
