1. Youth Academy and Summer Camps Information

Youth Academy:

Description: Youth Academy established by university students in 2012. A Youth organization is working for high school students, university students.

Envision: To be one of the world known organizations, expand the domain of human and provide practicing English to High School Students.

Summer Camps:

ü Pre-Meetings: It takes 5 days before the summer and winter camps. Which will be determined on the subject, through the form of brainstorming. Additionally, discussions about Youth Academy (How to grow and develop it).

ü Summer Camps: In Summer months, regulate 2-3 times in a year. These camps are only in English. Nobody talks in own language. There will be high school students and our aim to make foreigner and students be friends with activities and competitions, we will try to make this friendship stronger and with it, practicing English will be easy. Camps are 7 days for each.

o 1st Camp:

§ 10th June – 16th June (Oriantation)

§ 17th June – 21th June (Pre-Meeting)

§ 24th June – 30th June (Camp)

o 2nd Camp:

§ 8th July – 14th July (Oriantation)

§ 15th July – 19th July (Pre-Meeting)

§ 22nd July – 28th July (Camp)

o 3rd Camp:

§ 5th August– 11th August (Oriantation)

§ 12th August – 16th August (Pre-Meeting)

§ 19th August – 25th August (Camp)

Number of High School Students:

Summer camps will have over 50 high school students.

Fan Profile and Requirements

Fan Profile:

- High Motivation

- Patient, warm-blooded and good at communication

- Excellent English

- Flexible, active learner, proactive and hard working

- Knowledge of strategic direction of global organization and latest trends

- Full of energy and motivation to perform on 7 days summer camp and 5 days of pre – meeting

Fans’ Expectations:

- Participate in pre-meetings and summer camp wrap up

- Contribute to the summer camp development virtually

- Support fan team before and during conference

- Respect the deadlines

- It’s required to prepare one minute movie to represent themselves for international fan candidates

- Motivation Video is all up to candidate. He/She can make video with photos and sentences or can speak in front of the camera. Motivation Video includes his/her feelings about the camps and Youth Academy.

Finance Information:

For International Fans:

International travel costs (fly tickets), all summer camp-related fees, accomadation & food for the time of summer camp, pre meeting and orientation will be completely covered.

Important Remarks:

International fans will be part of this camp and each fan will have own team from the high school students. There will be a lot of competitions each other and fans will be responsible for it except whole camp.
