13.30 – 20.00 Registration of the participants 2 laptops are arranged on the ground floor of FPF, and printed registration forms are distributed among visitors of the exhibition. Catalogues and merchandise are ready for distribution. Olga, Inga overlooking the volunteers and temporary staff
14.00 – 20.00 Press packs are distributed at the British Council stand Press packs are prepared in advance and contain: folder, press release, notebook, catalogue, and pen. Gulnaz
14:15 Exhibition opening Ambassador delivers the open speech to the participants and attendees. Elena/Dilya
14.30 – 20.00 F2F consultations, working hours of the exhibition Institutions will deliver F2F consultations to the attendees of the exhibition. Dome hall, 5th floor.  
14.30 – 20.00 Seminars delivered by the UK institutions and British Council Exams team and EL team Please see the detailed schedule of the seminars below. Seminars are monitored and managed by 2 temporary staff. Leading Yuliya, Vasilya, Lyuda, Gulmira
16.00 – 18.00 Refreshments/coffee breaks Catering company delivers coffee break and refreshment during 2 hours, so all the participants will have a chance for comfort break. -1 floor. Almaty Catering TBC/ Olga
17.00 – 17.20 Lucky draw for Learn English subscribers Lucky draw will be organised by English team among the entire subscriber attending the exhibition. Karlygash
19.00 – 19.20 Lucky draw of the free IELTS test Lucky draw will be organised by Exams team among those who registered before 10 September and attend the exhibition. Vasilya
20.00 – 21.00 Drinks reception for the exhibitors It’s a buffet dinner for UK institutions, educational agents and BC staff involved in organisation of exhibition. Yuliya Pechenkina
21.00 End of day one Buses booked in both hotels transfer exhibitors to the hotel for the rest.
