| To establish exchange data from the region and monetise the markets via data feeds and screens directly and working with identified distributors.

| § Achieve screen targets for DFNI and retail

| § Engage with local exchange to onboard data

| § Make a number of cold calls each month

| § Make a number of meetings each month

| § Prepare monthly 90 day sales forecast

| § Establish third party relationships for referrals, such as exchanges

| 5. jOB cONTEXT:
| · To Achieve targets on a consist basis and to be able to promote DirectFN corporate message. To act in an assertive professional manner both internally and externally to achieve goals and objectives. To be available to work the necessary hours to achieve the targets and to meet RFP timelines. The role will also involve a certain amount of travel.

7. FRAMEWORKS, BOUNDARIES, & DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY:
| § A price list will be provided that will enable the salesperson to be able to negotiate within that framework.
§ Approval will be required by Head of Sales or other management for decisions outside of the Framework in point one.

8. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
| Minimum Qualifications:Undergraduate degree
Minimum Experience:2 years new business selling
Job-Specific Skills:Knowledge of Market Data or/and Financial Markets, A understanding of the competitors products versus our product sets, English speaking with Local Language skills preferred
Generic Skills:C level communication, Microsoft suite, Salesforce.com, Negotiation, Time management
