“PATH TO DIGNITY”

“Path to Dignity” will bring together youth leaders, workers, trainer, teachers, and students to speak up against bullying, violence and to make their voice be heard.
The project will support to involve youth in formal and non-formal education in developing human rights education and to enable them to act as multipliers for human Rights education specifically in this subject to get skills and develop the knowledge how to deal with the problem.
They will be encouraged to establish cooperation between non-governmental organizations and schools to organize youngsters’ leisure time, integrate all minority groups in the school community and encourage young people to continue education at high school and be involved in different social and cultural programs.
Every day the participants will write a letter, message or will be placed photos in different groups which will make people’s awareness to join the action and speak up against bullying and violence. As a symbol will be created 7 letter in 7 days.
Main program elements/ working methodology:
The project will be based on intercultural working methods and non-formal education.
Creativity, interactive and group working activities, active participation, workshops, learning by doing, presentations, theoretical input, simulation, role plays, discussions, plenary and eveluatation will be program elements and it will provide further knowledge and understanding of the issue.
Profile(s) of the participants involved in the project:
ь Teacher, social workers, Youth leader and works would like to explore the principles of non formal education and their relevance in youth work;
ь Youth leaders and workers would like to develop partnership and local projects and to join action against bullying and violence;
ь Youth will be involve in dissemination and follow up steps;
ь Age of the participants is not limited
ь The participants should be able to work in English
PARTICIPATION FEE: Euro 50 (the money will be deducted from the travel cost) + 200 UAH
Accommodation/ Food:
The accommodation and food will be provided during the project time.
