I think keeping health is very important for everyone. Moreover health is one of the most urgent problems in the world now. Why is that so? There is nothing more important than health. «Health is above wealth» wise people say, because you can`t be good at your studies or work well if you don`t take care of your health. No doubt, everybody wants to live a long healthy life. Unfortunately, now it has become a dream. Because of the polluted environment people suffer a lot of diseases. And the best way to be healthy is to go in for sports. But many people don`t take enough exercise to keep themselves healthy. As far as I know many men and women are overweight. The most spreading illness today is obesity. One of the reasons is wrong food. Fast food is becoming more popular. If you want to be healthy and slim you should try to shorten fat products and fast food. It`s necessary to eat the right food. I recommend old and young to do and play sports because it makes them strong and energetic. Keeping fit is very trendy today.

People should remember that bad habits are extremely dangerous for their health. Don`t forget a proverb: “Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”.

So I can say if you want to be healthy and keep fit:do sports, eat more fruit and vegetables, sleep 8 hours a day, don`t eat fast food, don`t have bad habits and you will be healthy and happy. In conclusion I wish all strong health for many years.

Body Language

Body Language Body language sometimes is an easier way of expressing feelings than spoken language. Body language is used in our everyday conversation, yet many people do not even realize what they are really "saying" about themselves. People may give their true feelings away by not being aware of their own body language. Research has shown that people more readily pay attention to their impressions of how a person acts through body language than what is being said through words. Three easily detected actions that reveal a persons feelings are head nodding, leg shaking, and eye contact. I've always been told the expression " just nod your head and smile" to look interested in a conversation. I've noticed that others, including myself, tend to follow such advice all too often. For example, to leave a good impression behind at a job interview, one must know, and to a certain extent control, his body language. Head nodding is used often in conversations since it can lead the person on the receiving end of the non- verbal communication to believe that he or she is really interested. Body language plays a major role in intuition as it gives us messages about others that we can interpret at an intuitive level. Head nodding discloses an indifference and lack of concern to the importance of the conversation. When a person is talking, information is conveyed through body language at the same time. This extra non- verbal information can support the content of the message or may contradict it. For instance, nervous leg shaking expresses body language. Suppose a patient is in the waiting room at a dentist's office and is shaking his leg back and forth. When asked by the person sitting next to him, "Are you nervous?" He responds, "Certainly not".

I think that knowledge and understanding of body language gives us tremendous opportunities in the field of communication. We can arrange for a man, make him make the right decision, or, conversely, to understand whether he is speaking the truth, whether he wants to say something, whether he agrees with us. This is an important advantage that should not be overlooked in our competitive world. At the same time, it will help better understand the people in daily life that we can also consider the benefit from the knowledge of body language.

8.How does a war influence on the people?

Effects of war on children
Millions of children and young people worldwide are affected by armed conflict. They are confronted with physical harm, violence, danger, exploitation, fear and loss. Many children are forced to flee. Some witness the death of loved ones. Some are forced to pull the trigger themselves. Communities are ripped apart and can no longer provide a secure environment for children. Adults are busy surviving, parents have little time for their children. Schools and playgrounds are damaged or taken over by armed groups.

During conflict, children and young people’s rights are violated on a massive scale; their rights to be protected from violence, abuse and neglect, to live in dignity and be supported to develop to their full potential.

Loss of trust
As a consequence of conflict, children and young people can lose their confidence, their trust in others and their trust in the future. They often become anxious, depressed and withdrawn, or rebellious and aggressive.

Protective environment
Growing up in a protective environment is essential for children and young people to develop to their full potential. War Child’s programmes support children and young people to regain their confidence and build positive relationships with their peers, families and wider communities. They can play and have fun together, learn and develop. With a positive outlook, children and young people can shape their own futures and contribute to a peaceful future for their communities.

Because no child should be part of war. Ever.
