Motoring is the most exciting way to see а country. More and more people are seeing the Ukraine way.

Motoring tourists ride along roads that connect the big cities and major tourist centers and pass through the most picturesque localities. Among the touring routes are: Brest – Minsk - Moscow (1,035 km.); Moscow – Yaroslavl (248 km.); Moscow – Leningrad – Vyborg (847 km.); Moscow – Kharkov –

Yalta (1,460 km.); Kharkov – the Big Caucasus Ring; Rostov-on-Don – Pyatigorsk – Ordzhonikidze – Tbilisi – Sukhumi – Sochi – Rostov-on-Don (2,250 km.); Tbilisi – Yerevan (281 km.).

Each route has its own attractions and is quite different from the others. The Brest – Moscow and the Moscow – Yalta routes cross Belorussia, Russia and Ukraine.

Another tour that is very popular is that from Moscow to Yaroslavl, а city famous for its beautiful ancient Russian architecture. This trip takes only 2 days. But generally motor-tours are long in Russia.

Filling and service stations are located 200 to 250 kilometers apart. They carry A-92, А-95 and A-98 gasoline, diesel fuel and motor oil. There are automobile reраir shops in the larger cities. Beautiful places, such as shores of lakes and river banks, woods and parks have been, chosen as sites for the camping grounds. The motorist will find everything he needs there.
